About Cédric

Cédric has both French and South African nationality, he was brought up in the Democratic Republic of Congo and he now lives in South Africa since 1990.

Cédric's passions and talents is cooking!

In 2007 he decided to study to become a Professional Chef and went for Intensive chef pastry training at the École LENÔTRE's Master Class in Paris, France which is well-known throughout the world as the first gastronomy school for professional training and improvement with Meilleur Ouvrier de France award winning chefs.

After his internship at the LENÔTRE's laboratory, Cédric has brought his talents, passions, knowledge and experience back to Cape Town, South Africa.
